The EIDTPA March meeting was on March 16th. Tim & Ellen Moran hosted it at their shop. The season starts on July 13th and ends on August 24th. Steam Show is set out from now on, and help demonstrate a pull at the Steam Show. Tim Moran is now part of the safety committee. The memberships raised to $40 for participating members. Rule 17 was updated to stop so many pull-offs. At the end of the meeting, the association agreed that the pull would start strictly at nine and pass the puller after 3 minutes if they were not ready. The 2024 March meeting was very productive.

March 2020 & 2021
The March Meetings were cancelled in 2020 and 2021 due to Covid-19. In March, the outbreak was high and the state of Indiana restricted large gatherings. The meeting was cancelled for the pullers safety. In 2020, the association held a short meeting before the first weekend and decided to leave everything as is and do continue the same as 2019. For 2021, the meeting is scheduled at the 2021 Set-Up.

March 16, 2019
The EIDTPA March meeting was the 16th of March. Tim Moran hosted it at his shop. The food was chili, and other dishes brought by pullers. After the meal, the meeting started and it was decided that July 6th would be the first weekend for pulling if the wheat was harvested, and everything was set up. We will not use steam show as a make-up day, and the season will end on August 24th. The EIDTPA will help with the pull at steam show. Rule#9 was amended to if a tractor dies and will not start that hitch is disqualified. No adding gas, jumping, etc. If a tractor gets locked in gear before the pull, they have 3 minutes to get it fixed before it is disqualified. If the tractor is stuck in gear after the pull automatic disqualified. Puller still has option to complete pull but it will still be recorded as a disqualified. Richard Pruitt was elected our IT Coordinator. We will be getting t- shirts and koozies this year. Let Devon or Jack know if you want one. Overall the 2019 march meeting was very successful.

After the meal, the meeting started and we discussed many issue and different ways to fix them. The members of EIDTPA decided that July 7th would be the first weekend for pulling if the wheat was harvested, and everything was set up. They also decided that Awards Meeting will be September. Overall the 2018 March Meeting was very successful!

After the meal, the meeting started and we discussed many issue and different ways to fix them. The meeting changed the weight back to the 200% on each sled. The members of EIDTPA decided that July 8th would be the first weekend for pulling if the wheat was harvested, and everything was set up. They also decided that Awards Meeting will be September 9th. The members of EIDTPA decided that July 9th would be the first weekend for pulling if the wheat was harvested, and everything was set up. After the meeting, the pullers watched old videos to show the new members how it was back in the day. Overall the 2016 March Meeting was successful!

The EIDTPA March Meeting was the 27th of March. Tim Moran hosted it at his shop. The food was fried chicken, chips, and other dishes brought by pullers. Wayde Veach showed past results and awards from the late great Helen Veach. After the meal, the meeting started and we discussed many issue and different ways to fix them. The pull at the Rush County fair was discussed to try to get us out there. The EIDTPA decided that July 11th would be the first weekend for pulling if the wheat was harvested, and everything was set up. Also, the association decided that every Wednesday between pulling would be designated for setting up the lanes and other things needed to have a successful Saturday. The date can be changed if no members can make it. Or the association decided the Saturday before. Overall the 2015 March Meeting was successful!
